COMPANY OVERVIEW
Founded in 2016 by Sean Fitzpatrick and Darren Pettit in a 150-square-foot Yonkers boiler room, Streamstown Construction has grown into a Manhattan-based specialty contractor with approximately 200 professionals. Its expertise spans interior and exterior carpentry, structural framing, drywall, specialty ceilings and architectural millwork.
Streamstown's experience includes work in some of New York's most iconic buildings, including the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, Rockefeller Center, 50 and 55 Hudson Yards, Brookfield Place and 40 Wall Street. From framing to finish, the company brings skilled craftsmanship, dependable coordination and lasting client relationships to every project.
